Quotable (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This site currently operates as a pre-launch waitlist for the Quotable app.

2. Information we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your first name, if you choose to provide one.
• Basic technical data such as your approximate device and browser type, generated automatically by our analytics provider (see Section 4).

We do not knowingly collect payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data through this site.

3. How we use your information

• To notify you when Quotable becomes available.
• To send occasional updates about the app, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve this website.
• To detect and prevent spam or abuse of our signup form.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It is cookie-free and does not track you across other websites. If we add any tools in the future that do use cookies (for example, marketing pixels), we will update the cookie banner on this site and this policy accordingly, and you will be able to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

5. Where your data is stored

Waitlist submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both providers act as our data processors and are contractually bound to protect your data and only use it to provide services to us.

6. Data retention and your rights

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to unsubscribe, at any time by emailing hello@quotable.app. We will honor your request within a reasonable time.

7. Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled databases, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data to a commercially reasonable standard.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here.
